| Notes: | There will be a Work and Ride at the Rocket upper parking lot on Saturday May 27 and Sunday May 28th at 9am to finish up on preparations for the 2023 Broken Anvil Hare Scramble. The courses are laid out and need some trimming and arrowing will be needed. All the heavy lifting (chainsaw work) has been completed (unless something falls between now and then). Joe has set up an 8 mile loop for the adults and shorter ones for the Youth and Pewee riders. Bring your Bike, trail tools, arrowing tools, and your lunch. This will also be a good opportunity to get out on the Hare Scramble loop to put some trail miles on your bikes. The event is on June 3 and 4. Please make plans to attend. We will need help with final course verification and ribboning, course marshals, sweepers, shirt sales, signup, tec, backup scoring, gate workers, and more on race weekend. thanks Bob Litwin |
